i have been in my apartment going on four months. when i first moved in, i was not informed that i could not have a truck there a pretty big piece of information to not tell a potential renter. the apartment was and still is a disaster. my dead bolt lock doesn't work even now four months after i moved in. plaster from the ceilings is falling all over the building. i asked for a key to the pool house for some strange reason that key is harder to get than the winning lotto numbers. They refused to show unit, showed really nice fresh smelling model. Changed moving date 3 times $2000 expenses incurred. Place had no repairs, paint, pest control. Mildew, horrible smell from roach infestation and every week they come up with new charges. They ignore maintenance requests and only reach out for money 💰 they are the worst. Apartment was not ready on move in date. said we could move before our August date to save money on special but the bedroom ac was in the middle of a repair and the cabinets were rusty and had mold. nobody will give me a straigj answer on when they can fix it
I just don’t have nothing good to say, and I still haven’t moved in yet. I was supposed to move in on July 12 now I don’t know when I’m moving in.
This is the worst agency I have ever dealt with. I was shown an apartment with things I didn’t want. I paid and applied and was approved. I was granted a month free rent for July and the apartment that was assigned to me is not ready. The property manager told me today that it won’t be ready until the 15th and if I don’t get there with $550 to hold it she said “she could rent it to whoever she wants too. Very nasty. I live in 1225 river side, I think they know who I am, my name is Samuel from 403, I don't understand why they have this building that bad, it's dirty, they don't pick up the garbage, what kind of people do they think we live here? I had to pay more than 5 thousand dollars to enter, and then nobody answers, what kind of company are they, do they only care about receiving their money? City Center is the worst place. Rebecca dont call you back. My washer been broken for 2 months now so i have to go to the laundry mat and they dont care... You can call the leasing office 100 times nobody picks up And when you go to the office they cant even help you there they say they dont work at this property.
