City Center is the worst place. Rebecca dont call you back. My washer been broken for 2 months now so i have to go to the laundry mat and they dont care... You can call the leasing office 100 times nobody picks up And when you go to the office they cant even help you there they say they dont work at this property.
The condition of the unit does not match the price you pay for it monthly. I have to put in my own money to make the unit in better condition it appears as if I have termites eating away at the foundation the flooring is peeling and slanted. Unsafe and $300 of your deposit is kept for cleaning and the unit was not clean when I received it. I will also have to hire a painter. I do not recommend moving to any symphony residential properties. My lease is almost over and the day couldn’t come fast enough. For a whole year I’ve had issues with the A/C constantly reading 79 degrees when I have it set to cool at 72. From the first day that I moved in the ac gave us issues. They once even kept me without ac for a whole 13 days. Do not move here, and don’t let them rent you apartment 208 in village green because the AC does not work!!!! I recommend sally she is great but the company has its own issues with maintenance and fixing things but sally is great helps out communicates and makes sure to get the job done.
Worst company I’ve dealt with. Take forever to fix things. They just painted over the Mold and mildew before I moved in. Requested to fix the broken window beside my kids play area and it’s been 3 months since. I’m in a townhouse and Our building is ran off 1 water meter. Therefore, the landlord should be paying the bill with the money included in the rent. Instead, the tenants are forced to pay the water bill thru a online portal. And the water bill is unfair! The rats and roaches are unbearable. I have mold in my home now . I called they informed that maintenance is off on weekends. The washers and dryer’s have not worked in over 2 years. There was a fire above me and it’s still not fixed
We still have a broken glass in the window in the 2nd bedroom, that our children occupy. We’ve gone back and forth with no resolution. This has been ongoing since our move in on 11/30/20. With lots of broken promises of it being repaired. We’ve had a broken dishwasher since 12/24/20. And here I am a month and a half later, still hand washing dishes for a family of 6.
