RecommendedAlbaro And his team arrived at our apartment promptly after receiving a request that are AC needed repair. Worst place I ever lived in, maintenance requests being ignored. I have a family of rats 🐀 living in my apartment for 3 month and none did anything about it, rats are so smart avoiding all kind of traps I got, they even torn the glow traps into many pieces, bugs are every where, on the walls, falling on your head, even inside the fridge. I am highly disappointed with their service lately. I rearly EVER call them to fix anything. My AC is broken since last week, blowing warn air, not cooling the house, and to top it off the management team and maintenance proceeded to insult my intelligence that the AC is working after 2 attempts of what seems to them not knowing what exactly is the problem. Village Green 8703 W Sample Rd Absolutely the worst management company ever. I ended up fixing so many broken things myself, because they don't have a real maintenance staff. the pool was broken the first 2 months I lived there and the last 4 months I lived there. they refuse to replace the broken chairs and gates at the pool. homeless people were doing drugs and having sex by the pool. my AC unit worked half the time.
