Village Green 8703 W Sample Rd Absolutely the worst management company ever. I ended up fixing so many broken things myself, because they don't have a real maintenance staff. the pool was broken the first 2 months I lived there and the last 4 months I lived there. they refuse to replace the broken chairs and gates at the pool. homeless people were doing drugs and having sex by the pool. my AC unit worked half the time.
Owner is horrible, so is his daughter. They won’t fix anything, even my terrible mold issues. Daughter is rude and unprofessional. They don’t take care of their property, pool is always closed, my apartment has broken appliances, they won’t replace. In 5 years they have never offered to paint or update at all, unless I want to pay $50 more a month for stainless appliances. They lie, Mark the head of maintenance makes false promises. These people are the worse . I’ve been calling for 3 days and so far I’ve gotten no response from Rebecca or any manager. I was unable to pay my rent because they had a glitch or online issue . I called and told them about the problem . I told them the balance online is way less than what i owe for my rent . The receptionist agreed it was an error on their end . ZERO STAR!!!!!!!! Dont rent this place also this company!!! I was live there since 2016. My lease ended by 06/30. Before that day, I did contact the office manager to extend 1 month because the place I moved take more time for checking than I expect it. The manager say that I have to pay 1 month rent plus $450 for extend fee. Even I dont even live for a hold month, I just dont want break the lease for lived over. The place is DUMP!!! The landlord is a crook, charge me for a floor like brand new. Never fix anything and in top of it charge $50 for an invisible gate, which we still waiting for him to put it up. The guy denied my last month payment just to charge me the extra late fee. You rent here and you’ll regret it. On the lease the is $1,795 a month but in reality my rent was $2,000 a month. This is the worse place to live I am glad I am out of that DUMP!!!! Please rent anywhere else but HERE!!!!! Don’t sign that lease....

Lewis and staff treat you like your in there prison and your a criminal, discrimination at its finest along with fraudulent claim activity. I thought I was finally free from them when I moved out the proper way, 60 day notice , he is a scam artist he is keep my security deposit over 2,300 plus wants me to pay an additional couple thousands solely for his satisfaction. I have witnessed other residents move out and the horrors stories I have heard but I though by doing things the right way I would at leave get my deposit back ... read more

I wish I could give then 100 negative stars! I moved in this complex earlier this year, even after reading all the BAD reviews. So to be honest, I can't be upset with no one but myself. I have been submitting maintenance tickets since the day we moved in, and I still have 3 tickets outstanding with them. It got to the point where I reported them to the City of Coral Springs, so I am looking forward to the inspector coming out to my apartment, to see why the conditions are so bad.
