Don’t know where to start with this property, they have the absolute worse response time to fix anything. I recently moved here 9/25/20 to be exact & upon moving in the very first day the AC wasn’t working, that was the first issue which eventually got resolved after a few days & due to Covid you’re unfortunately unable to view the property prior to moving in. Worst place I ever lived in, maintenance requests being ignored. I have a family of rats 🐀 living in my apartment for 3 month and none did anything about it, rats are so smart avoiding all kind of traps I got, they even torn the glow traps into many pieces, bugs are every where, on the walls, falling on your head, even inside the fridge. Bugs eggs are falling from the ceiling. Pool had green water for a month, pool was closed for 3 month at a time, toke them 3 month to properly fix my AC. I am highly disappointed with their service lately. I rearly EVER call them to fix anything. My AC is broken since last week, blowing warn air, not cooling the house, and to top it off the management team and maintenance proceeded to insult my intelligence that the AC is working after 2 attempts of what seems to them not knowing what exactly is the problem.
