I really love and appreciate this vet. They've always been speedy and professional and helpful when I've visited with my dog. What I appreciate the most is that when I called earlier this year from across the country- upset after my dog had been bitten- they were incredibly helpful over the phone both giving me the advice I needed as well as the emotional support. Prices definitely are on the higher side but they don't seem arbitrarily high for no reason. Instead the higher price comes with really great service.
It comes down to trust - plain and simple. Dr. Levison and her team have consistently earned our trust, many times over the years, as invaluable partners in managing our family's healthcare and wellness. The results speak for themselves in our family's health and behavior. From day one, Dr. Levison has demystified and brought comfort to our journey of rabbit parenting. Dr. Levison goes out of her way to answer questions, provide education and routine check-ups to comprehensive care and surgeries for our family of rabbits... read more
We really appreciated everything Dr. Levinson did to try to help save our beloved cat. It's sometimes not easy to get a hold of a doctor at this place on the phone because it's very busy but when you can get in to the clinic all of the staff and doctors are very caring and helpful.
Dr. Levison is by far the best vet I have ever brought my rabbit to, and she has consistently gone above and beyond to help. I've moved frequently, and even when I've not been able to bring my rabbit in, she is always willing to help answer any questions I have by phone. My rabbit is also quite nervous around vets, and she does a fantastic job of handling him in a way that does not frighten him. I can't recommend her and Symphony highly enough.
We have been using Symphony Vet Center for a combined 9 years with 4 of our dogs over those years. Even after moving further south in the city, we continue to make the trip up to Symphony and would never consider switching after the excellent care we have received since day one. Our vet is Dr. Venezia and she cares for our two dogs, a Pomeranian named Bear and a Pomsky named Bo. Dr. Venezia has gone above and beyond for our dogs, especially Bear, as he has struggled with CHF and advanced heart disease the last two years. Sh... read more
My sweet dog, Sophie, was not a fan -- but I am -- of Dr. Deborah Levison, in particular. My first contact was racing Sophie, who was in the midst of her first seizure, to Symphony before they closed. That was my introduction to Dr. Levison, and she became my new vet, which continued for the next several years. She has always been honest and forthright and provided the best care to Sophie without ever going overboard. I appreciated her sensitivity to financial considerations as well. She was always responsive to my quest... read more
Best for bunnies. Dr. Levison has been amazing with my rabbits over the past 2.5 years. We have seen her now for annual checkups (where she is thorough and careful), a very uncommon disease that she correctly diagnosed and treated after several other vets could not, and most recently when one of the bunnies had a cold-- I appreciate that she did not prescribe medication that was unneeded and told us to let him heal on his own for a few days. In addition to being incredibly knowledgeable about rabbit health and physiology, sh... read more
My Bailey passed away on August 27, 2016 at the age of 18. The fact that he lived that long was due to the excellent care he received for 15 years from the wonderful people at Symphony Vet Center. Drs. Campbell and Levison took good care of my little poodle through Addison's disease, dental problems, painful arthritis, ear infections, and a host of infections, colds, and so on. My Bailey was not the best patient, he'd often greet the Drs. with a bite or a snarl, as he was rescue who was abused before I adopted him. In fact, ... read more
I brought in my newly adopted cat today because he developed an upper respiratory infection. Making the appointment was easy and the location and appointment times are very convenient. I saw Dr. Teresa Lucibello who examined my cat. She did an amazing job during the examination, clearly explaining what was happening and the best course of action for treatment, as well as providing advice about what to do along the way if other symptoms develop or worsen. Dr. Lucibello interacted amazingly with my cat (who seemed to love her,... read more
