Best for bunnies. Dr. Levison has been amazing with my rabbits over the past 2.5 years. We have seen her now for annual checkups (where she is thorough and careful), a very uncommon disease that she correctly diagnosed and treated after several other vets could not, and most recently when one of the bunnies had a cold-- I appreciate that she did not prescribe medication that was unneeded and told us to let him heal on his own for a few days. In addition to being incredibly knowledgeable about rabbit health and physiology, sh... read more
My Bailey passed away on August 27, 2016 at the age of 18. The fact that he lived that long was due to the excellent care he received for 15 years from the wonderful people at Symphony Vet Center. Drs. Campbell and Levison took good care of my little poodle through Addison's disease, dental problems, painful arthritis, ear infections, and a host of infections, colds, and so on. My Bailey was not the best patient, he'd often greet the Drs. with a bite or a snarl, as he was rescue who was abused before I adopted him. In fact, ... read more
I brought in my newly adopted cat today because he developed an upper respiratory infection. Making the appointment was easy and the location and appointment times are very convenient. I saw Dr. Teresa Lucibello who examined my cat. She did an amazing job during the examination, clearly explaining what was happening and the best course of action for treatment, as well as providing advice about what to do along the way if other symptoms develop or worsen. Dr. Lucibello interacted amazingly with my cat (who seemed to love her,... read more
IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET, PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST: Symphony Vet Center and Dr. Campbell are number one in my book. Not only are the vets the best in the city but the office staff are better than my own doctor's office!! They are attentive and you only ever have to ask them one time for a call back or to fill a prescription. Their follow through is impeccable. WHY SYMPHONY VET: 26 years ago my young dog had stomach issues. Money was no object so I went to all of the "best" vets in the city, none of whom could really tell... read more
Dr. Campbell is amazing. We took our dog there when we lived in New York, I never gotten the chance to thank her for her service while we were there. We had since moved but I had just recently email her for advice and she answered right away. It's very hard to find a good veterinarian that gives an honest diagnosis. What I love about her is her honesty and genuine interest to help, not to make money from every patient that goes in. It's sad that the industry has become that way but an honest doctor seriously makes a big d... read more
I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience has been with Symphony. We've been bringing our dog Bear in for his checkups and vaccines for nearly 5 years and have brought our new Puppy Bo in as well. Bear is an older dog with some major issues over the past six months or so and they have handled these issues with grace and love. Our vet, Dr Venezia followed up with us after an emergency just to find out how Bear was doing. She clearly cares about her patients and their owners! The staff in front loves to see the ... read more
Great staff! My dog always gets great care. The doctors are thorough and caring, and the front staff is friendly and very competent.
On a Saturday night my dog started acting like she had pain whenever she moved. I called several vets first thing Sunday morning, since our vet was closed. Unsuccessful at getting an emergency appointment on a Sunday, I finally came across Symphony Vet Center. Not only was I able to make an appointment, I had little to no wait time in the very spacious, very clean waiting room. The doctor we met was AMAZING, she actually took her time and really examined our dog, she even addressed a secondary issue that we briefly mentioned... read more
I have been bringing my dog to Symphony Vet for several years, and even after I moved out of the neighborhood I've continued to use them. Symphony provides extended (in my opinion) hours, staying open until 7:00 p.m. on weekdays and until at least 3:00 p.m. on the weekends. My appointments always start on time and are quick and to the point, which really feels more efficient than it does rushed, because all of my questions always get answered. The staff consists of several doctors, and I've seen at least two of them. Every... read more
