Being animal lovers, it is extremely important to work with a vet who treats our furr babies with the utmost of care and respect. That is exactly the attention and service we have received each time we've gone to Symphoney Vet Center. We've seen a number of the vets on staff, all of whom were kind, patient with our questions, and exhibited a genuine concern for our pets. Most recently, we faced a pet owner's nightmare when our 1yr old kitten was diagnosed with a terminal, untreatable illness. At a time like that, the value o... read more
My Husband's Boxer dog, Hannah, has been a patient of Symphony Vet Center for 8 years now. I am super happy that we chose Symphony as our vet because they take such GREAT care of all of their animals. Customer service has also been superb= including things like confirmation calls for vet appointments and an easy check in process. Now that we have a second dog, it is a no brainer that we will continue to visit Symphony! Hannah met with Dr. Bruck, Dr. Levinson and newly Dr. Seggerman. All of the Vet's are great options her... read more
As another reviewer said, if they would take care of humans, I would use them as my doc. Simply amazing service from the moment you walk in. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly - unlike Animal General where you are lucky if you get a snarl and a grunt. Dr. Campbell is amazing. We were considering a surgical treatment for our dog (Animal General's vets were pushing surgery from the time she was 6 months old) and Dr. Campbell laid out the advantages and disadvantages in a very thoughtful and compassionate way. ... read more
Dr. Levison is a great vet. I've seen her a few times for health issues with my cat. She's been incredibly helpful, and any time I have a question I just shoot her an email and she always gets back to me right away. It's nice to have a vet you can rely on. Also, every time I've had an appointment, they see us right away, no wait in the waiting room (which makes it quick and less stressful on your pet). Everything is clean and the staff is very professional. Highly recommended!
Dr. Campbell and the rest of the team at Symphony Vet are incredible. We discovered them when our dog was literally on his last legs and received wonderful treatment! Dr. C is a sensitive and knowledgeable vet who provides the guidance and support one needs to make difficult decisions. She spent almost an hour with us, discussing our dog's condition after only meeting him (and us) once! We also saw Dr. Levison, who was also excellent. They are a great team! I only wish we had found out about them sooner.
I have been taking my cockapoo to Symphony since they opened (8 years ago); they have always been caring, kind, and efficient. Plus, they have VERY long hours in case of emergency. Dr. Levinson is particularly gentle and loving. Not inexpensive, but worth every penny.
I love Symphony Vet. Everyone there is helpful. My vet is amazing. I primarily see Dr. Levinson. It feels like she loves my dog as much as I do. She is a perfectionist, with great attention to detail. She did a surgery on my dog, stitched him from inside so they didn't need removed, and sent him home with ample pain medication. She called to check on him, and took my calls when I had questions. We were worried about cancer in his spleen. It wasn't cancer! And we have a cat too...another doctor typically sees him. ... read more
My dog Mandy was a patient here for most of her life, until she died April 2012. We always saw Dr. Campbell and she was always kind to both of us and took time to answer all my questions, and I considered Mandy my child. Over the years I sent many friends to her with their pets and they were always pleased with the care. Dr. Campbell understood how important my Beagle girl was to me. She's been gone a year now & I'm still grieving. If I do get another dog I will certainly go back to Dr. Campbell.
I've owned animals of one species or another for nearly all of my life and have visited A LOT of veterinary clinics/hospitals/etc in various parts of the country. Symphony is, hands down, one of the best. I've been taking my pets there for over 7 years (beginning back when it was located on Amsterdam Av.) and I wouldn't consider taking them anywhere else. The expertise of the doctors and staff, their friendliness and bedside manner, the cleanliness of the clinic... The list goes on. As other reviews noted, it may not be... read more
