Company continues to send letters, texts and emails after I have repeatedly asked them to stop. The representative that previous contacted me was rude and doesnt seem to understand what hes doing.

This company preys on people with financial problems. They are a business and don't care about your credit score. There are better ways to deal with out of control debt, don't take this route!!!

Received a Pre-Approved loan letter in the mail. They are a scam. they run your credit report dinging your credit. Then they try to swap you to a debt relief scam where you pay them to negotiate you out of your debt. I thought that was illegal to use a bait and switch method.

I have never felt so violated in my life. Not only a violation of my privacy, but also an insult to my average intelligence.After submitting the acceptance code online, I immediately received 3 or 4 responses via e-mail from various names. This should've been a red flag for me right away, but I still gave them the benefit of the doubt. Also during the course of the day, I received two robo-calls with the classic, "Can you hear me now" phrase. I have never had any soliciting robo calls prior to contacting Symple Lending. Run and run fast away from this company! They lure you in and say they have a preapproved loan offer for you, just call in and they will get you the terms and send you to underwriting. All false information and then they get you in touch with a debt settlement company who I am sure they work with and they get a percentage of the 20% they take. Pretty sad company to work for. Again run Forest run! Bait and Switch!

I have read many of the reviews, good and bad, about this company. A few of the good reviews do sound as if an employee of this company is trying to make them look good. I have received a few flyers stating that I am PRE-APPROVED as well. Based on the reviews found on this page. I had pretty much the same experience as others leaving their reviews here...they send a mailer telling me I am pre-approved for a loan up to $55k, and I could either call them OR go online to quickly check my rate without it affecting my credit. So I fill out the info with my offer code, after submission I am told to wait for a call. There's no transparent offer as with other online lenders, you can only get info via phone.
