At first I was a little worried about applying with Symple Lending because I wasnt sure I was going to get approved However, after speaking with ****** he made me feel very comfortable and took the time to show me the approval options available to me. This company went above and beyond to meet my expectations; they were friendly, caring and professional. 5/5 stars.
They were very pushy and not forthcoming with information on what was actually going on. They made it seem like a regular loan not just you stopping payments on your accounts and paying them. And when asking questions they just turned it around and didn't give a straight forward answer

I clicked on an ad on ******** just to see what they were about. They immediately called me and started discussing my finances. To make this short, I told him from the beginning that I would not be making any decisions right then. I like to read everything first. I told him that at least twice. ****** ******* Is extremely disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. He asks questions and when you answer he interrupts refusing to let you answer then calls you a liar. You try to explain and he treats you like a child that knows nothing. Had acts like his years of experience is the only thing that matters and no one is above him knowing nothing while he acts like hes god. He should not be in any form of costumer service. False advertising. They claim online to do income based lending. 100% false. It is a debt management plan scheme. They claim to offer loans for folks with good income and low DTI but then turn around and pitch a debt management plan to try and negotiate or settle your debt for a fee. Dont waste your time.

I called this company, Symple lending for a loan due to a family medical reason. I gave him all my information he went over everything said I was approved for a loan, but after looking at my credit ***ort, tried to convince me to consolidate and close out all my cards and have one simple payment with them to save money. He then took over my phone to show me how much money I would be saving and which option would work best for me after speaking with him, he was very nice. Not a loan company. I was immediately directed to debt consolidation and it was explained as if it were a escrow loan of some sort. Only when I brought up the downside was it acknowledged.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. They kept spam calling me multiple times per day, dozens of times in a week. Told them to remove me from whatever list they have going as I have NEVER solicited their services....and after this experience I certainly never will!Despite asking to be removed I CONTINUED to get calls from them! Scuzzy and scammy - beware!
They call relentlessly using a different number every time to avoid call blockers, even if you are registered on a do-not-call list.
