At first I was a little worried about applying with Symple Lending because I wasnt sure I was going to get approved However, after speaking with ****** he made me feel very comfortable and took the time to show me the approval options available to me. ****** ******* Is extremely disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. He asks questions and when you answer he interrupts refusing to let you answer then calls you a liar. You try to explain and he treats you like a child that knows nothing. Had acts like his years of experience is the only thing that matters and no one is above him knowing nothing while he acts like hes god. He should not be in any form of costumer service. False advertising. They claim online to do income based lending. 100% false. It is a debt management plan scheme. They claim to offer loans for folks with good income and low DTI but then turn around and pitch a debt management plan to try and negotiate or settle your debt for a fee. Dont waste your time.
