The gentleman on the phone was polite but that's where it ends. I received a preapproved offer for ****% and was actually quoted 34% in one case it's a Big bait and switch and a scam as far as I am concerned.

Not a great experience. I was looking for a loan at a reduced rate to pay off high interest credit cards. What I got was a lecture on how I am not handling my finances and a program to close all my cards and consolidate. Not what I asked for, not what I need.

I received a pre approval in the mail 10/2/23 and called to see what it was about. I was pre approved up to ****** with a rate of ****%, but when they actually sent me my offers they were also PRE-APPROVALS for **** at *****% through UPSTART and ****** at *****% through UPGRADE. They do not give you a loan themselves, it is through another company. The representative was very nice and only doing his job but I will not waste my time on something like this again.

How is it that you send out a "Pre-Approval" letter to everyone but not one person is pre-approved for ANY loan? Not a single person that you speak to actually is eligible to receive a loan through your company! How is that possible? Maybe because you don't actually offer any sort of loans through Symple Lending? You only offer some fake debt consolidation loan which isn't even a loan or debt consolidation. Stay away from Symple Lending. This is not a lender, don't be fooled. After an hour long consultation with an "advisor" we were told we have zero loan options and given a gimmicky weblink showing this but instead showing we were approved by "beyond lending" or some bs company. It's a debt consultancy, they negotiate on your behalf and at a huge profit to them to write-down your unsecured debt, which will destroy your credit for 7 years. I got the letter in the mail. Signed up online. Got a call from bot. Transfer to J a r e d. He acted like he didn't care at all lol I was like wow. ?? So he asks me what my credit was. I gave him my score (700 ish). He said " ok awesome) then hung up. ???????????????? S**** it. I'll just Transfer my credit card debt to a new card with 0% Transfer and low or no apr ffs.
I would give zero stars if I could. This place is a scam. I initiated a phone call based off of a mailer I received. ******* answered my call. We went through the whole process, she got all of my personal information including my SSN. I was on hold while she was running my credit. I was on hold for quite awhile when all of a sudden the call was either disconnected or dropped. I immediately called back, and a different agent answered. Rep tried hard to get me to do the debt settlement assuring me that it wouldnt show up as settled. Just a bunch of liesthen got mad ********************** do it my way, and replied, I cant do this! Lol waste of time
