My husband recently responded to an offer from Symple Lending, and received a call quickly. We believe the representatives name is ***. He was wonderful, personable, caring and seemed to have our best interest at heart. We went through several phone calls, and realized that this was not a loan company, he was just passing us along to a loan consolidation company. They can't be a legitimate company! Grade 3 English class teaches the difference between using the word "were" and "we're"! The fact that this error appears in almost every reply to people's reviews shows this isn't a professional company.

Total scam. They are a click-bait engine that transfers you to other scam websites that jointly steal and sell your info.I guess the BBB will accredit anything these days. Don't fill out the info, it is a SCAM.

I have been trying to contact them since yesterday and no one is picking up the call, even the agent whom I worked with. After reading the terms of debt consolidation program which was not I looking for. I immediately wanted to cancel.I did sent cancellation email and mail to the address of the business and wanted to cancel my contract immediately. If I could give a 0 star, I would. Spoke to ***** *. and was very clear with him from the start that I did not want a debt consolidation program and was only looking for a personal loan. He ran everything and told me he can only offer a debt resolution program. I let him know I did not want that and was not interested. He then proceeded to tell me that was my only option and he thinks I should take it. I again told him I was not interested. Spoke with Mr ***** about the loan, signed contract, spoke with lawyer and I dont like the terms and conditions ,so I told the lawyer I need to cancel my contract. Send the cancellation letter to address provided on the cancellation letter over the night! So now ,I cant get in touch with company or Mr ****** to make sure my contract is canceled! Nobody answered the phone calls or emails ! Very frustrating and disappointed.

Zero stars because first and formost I was clear that I was not willing to "settle" my debt. Of course after keeping me on the phone that is the only thing that was offered. I recently contacted Simply Lending for assistance with debt that was accumulated due to the untimely passing of my brother. I spoke with someone by the name of *******, who was extremely condescending and rude. I pray that he never has to experience the murder of someone in his family and all the comes with it.
