I called this company, Symple lending for a loan due to a family medical reason. I gave him all my information he went over everything said I was approved for a loan, but after looking at my credit ***ort, tried to convince me to consolidate and close out all my cards and have one simple payment with them to save money. He then took over my phone to show me how much money I would be saving and which option would work best for me after speaking with him, he was very nice. Not a loan company. I was immediately directed to debt consolidation and it was explained as if it were a escrow loan of some sort. Only when I brought up the downside was it acknowledged.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. They kept spam calling me multiple times per day, dozens of times in a week. Told them to remove me from whatever list they have going as I have NEVER solicited their services....and after this experience I certainly never will!Despite asking to be removed I CONTINUED to get calls from them! Scuzzy and scammy - beware!
They call relentlessly using a different number every time to avoid call blockers, even if you are registered on a do-not-call list.
I want to file a complaint against symple lending for telephone marketing harassment. I am receiving non stop calls for loan that I didn't apply for and when I asked to have more number removed the phone increases. I called and tried to speak to ****** **** and when I asked to have my number removed he purposely hang up. This is the number ************. I can't sleep with the constant calls.
I have just started the process snd already it is tanking. Filled out the online application and scheduled an appointment for 1pm Wednesday May 27th. Waited and made sure I had enough time. At 1pm nothing. At 1:05pm I received a text that it would be 10 to 15 minutes, crickets so at 1:25pm I sent a text saying we needed to reschedule as I had a 2pm appointment. Not sure if it is worth dealing with them.

Signed up Dec 2025, handed over 6 accounts for negotiation. Sales rep ***** ******* exceptionally attentive, convincing and informative. I have 100% on time payments but my DTI is high. I have been trying to get a consolidation loan to better this. These people contacted me ok I get it... I have debt and I was up front with them that I am not interested in Debt Relief I am interested in a loan. They lie to you and tell you they work with multiple lenders and they think they can help you get a loan but then they pull the bait and switch and they come back and try to talk to you into a debt relief program instead. They do not lend you money. They take a 30% commission to convince you to stop paying creditors so they can negotiate pre bankruptcy defaults into settlements for pennies on the dollar. You leave, not with a better interest rate on your credit, but am effective bankruptcy without the upfront lawyers fees.
