So much advertising everywhere about how easy it is for someone with bad credit to get $ 100, 000 loan . That is not true they will not offer anyone a loan that doesnt have perfect credit. Company is a scam and not a true lender. If they dont loan $ which they wont they want you to pay them to a credit organization. Thats how they say the loan they use the organizational fees as The Loan Very false advertising

Just got off the phone with a Mr. ********** He was incredibly rude and condescending. Asking questions that he should know the answers to...like do you work here or what? Treated me as if I were less than. God forbid he were ever in a bad financial situation and in need. I don't think that he would appreciate being treated the way that he treated me. Very poor customer service!

The man I spoke with when I called was rude and condescending. He kept speaking over me and not listening to me at all. He was speaking AT me, to to me. He "mansplained" through the entire conversation and treated me like I didn't have an ounce of intelligence.His demeanor was abusive and I finally hung up. If this is how your company treats people you are trying to "sell" your services to, how do you treat the ones you have?

They are spamming us. We didn't give them consent to email us, and we didn't sign up to their website or newsletter. We also didn't apply for a loan. In their spam email, they say, "Reply remove to opt out if you aren't interested". First of all, I did not opt in. Second, replying to a spam gives credibility to their domain, so they can spam more. Red Alert stay away. I applied for a loan of $1500.00. Quickly was contacted for a follow up call. The agent immediately went into the thought of debt consolidation, which I had already said in an email I had no interest in. If you have poor credit, you will waste your time with Symple Lending.

Symple Lending did not mention this was a debt relief program until application process was over. I wanted a debt consolidation loan not something that's going to ruin my credit.

Them: this isnt debt settlement I gave up at this point. I expect to get 100 phone calls in the next few days. Shame on me for thinking something that seems to be good to be true might be true. (5.9% interest).
