I responded to a pre-selected loan offer and filled out an application online . I received a call almost immediately from an agent. I quickly learned that the agency is marketed as a legitimate lending institution, but is actually a debt consolidation company. My accounts will be closed and negotiations will take place about interest, *** to be paid back , etc.. Another wild goose chase here! I'm terrified now that I gave my ss# over the phone in hopes that the advertising I saw about Symple Lending was legit. I have been sent absolutely nothing to help me. I'll take care of matters on my own I guess. This just isn't worth it.DB

Don't fall for it. I have excellent credit and the offers they gave me had a higher interest rate than what I have now. The low rate they put on their mailer is just to get you to respond without ever having a chance of obtaining that rate. Now my email is blowing up from all kinds of lenders. What a mistake.

Beware, I read the reviews but still I responded to a mailer offer for a loan. I was hoping this was a legitimate Lending institution. It turns out to be a marketing ploy for a debt consolidation program. Symple Lending agent takes your information and submits it to multiple lenders that immediately turn down the application for a loan. The agent then puts a lot of effort in convincing the applicant to enroll in the debt consolidation program. Please be careful SCAM alert. Received like everyone else and bait and switch mailer piece ************* is a straight SCAM. They engage in bait and switch tactics and it is impossible to get a loan from them even with my 700+ credit score. They try to push to enroll you into a debt settlement program, which is a hundred percent bait and switch. The people there are super rude. This company keeps texting me. I don't know who you are. I have never filled out a loan application with you. I don't want a loan from you.
I received a letter on the mail so I called the number in there which said up to $30k . I dont see the joke and a guy was holding the laugh. So I asked whats the joke so I can laugh too very unprofessional! Thank god didnt proceed to work with them .

I canceled the agreement coz I'm not yet on the program but someone called me twice,telling me that she's from litigation office and I owe them $9000. And even my brother received a call from this company. I feel someone sell my information to the third party. I thought it's already canceled but after one week I saw on my account that there is a pending transaction from this leanding company. I was scam.
