They do not lend you money. They take a 30% commission to convince you to stop paying creditors so they can negotiate pre bankruptcy defaults into settlements for pennies on the dollar. You leave, not with a better interest rate on your credit, but am effective bankruptcy without the upfront lawyers fees.

**** ****** is terrible. I told him upfront what I was not willing todo so please don't waste my time if you can't do it that way. He did exactly what I told him not to do. don't do this with this company. one star is too much

They are very rude and have no sense of how to talk to anyone. I called them back after they repeatedly called me in the workday and I shared I have some time to talk more now but the guy rudely snapped at me saying well when should we call you back because you are obviously not able to talk and you applied for a loan..I HAVENT APPLIED FOR ANYTHING YET! I told them do not call me anymore since he was very rude. Go through someone else. Not this joke of a company.

After inquiring about their products, stating that I wasnt interested, Ive been bothered for the last month by ******* at this company. He wrote me, called me five times in a row today when I finally picked up, he stated i was harder to get a hold of them his ex-wife. So much advertising everywhere about how easy it is for someone with bad credit to get $ 100, 000 loan . That is not true they will not offer anyone a loan that doesnt have perfect credit. Company is a scam and not a true lender. If they dont loan $ which they wont they want you to pay them to a credit organization. Thats how they say the loan they use the organizational fees as The Loan Very false advertising

I had an interaction with an agent that started out great and took a turn for the worse. He began by asking the standard questions that he would to help me acquire a home in the near future. During this call everything was fine until he offered me the option to let them help get rid of derogatory marks on my credit report. Just got off the phone with a Mr. ********** He was incredibly rude and condescending. Asking questions that he should know the answers to...like do you work here or what? Treated me as if I were less than. God forbid he were ever in a bad financial situation and in need. I don't think that he would appreciate being treated the way that he treated me. Very poor customer service!

The man I spoke with when I called was rude and condescending. He kept speaking over me and not listening to me at all. He was speaking AT me, to to me. He "mansplained" through the entire conversation and treated me like I didn't have an ounce of intelligence.His demeanor was abusive and I finally hung up. If this is how your company treats people you are trying to "sell" your services to, how do you treat the ones you have?
