I got the letter in the mail. Signed up online. Got a call from bot. Transfer to J a r e d. He acted like he didn't care at all lol I was like wow. ?? So he asks me what my credit was. I gave him my score (700 ish). He said " ok awesome) then hung up. ???????????????? S**** it. I'll just Transfer my credit card debt to a new card with 0% Transfer and low or no apr ffs.
I would give zero stars if I could. This place is a scam. I initiated a phone call based off of a mailer I received. ******* answered my call. We went through the whole process, she got all of my personal information including my SSN. I was on hold while she was running my credit. I was on hold for quite awhile when all of a sudden the call was either disconnected or dropped. I immediately called back, and a different agent answered. Rep tried hard to get me to do the debt settlement assuring me that it wouldnt show up as settled. Just a bunch of liesthen got mad ********************** do it my way, and replied, I cant do this! Lol waste of time

Spam mail posing as imitation federal correspondence. Fake check (albeit a disclaimer) with the description of Economic Relief in an attempt to legitimize the spam solicitation. Read other reviews - this company knows they sending spam and leans on pre screen and opt out language to skirt by. Predatory at best, downright spam and misinformation at worst. The other bait and switch reviews are right on track. They will tell you the cannot offer you a loan and try to get you into a debt consolidation program. Very unethical company!! They also send out the exact same offer letters with different loan company names. Steer clear!!!
