It was obvious upon meeting with Maria that she and John had already done the research necessary to help me with marketing decisions for my home. The home sold in one day. Maria and John along with a terrific office staff kept me up to date throughout the sale and closure.

I would highly recommend John & Maria. They made several suggestions on how to improve the property prior to sale and communicated with us through out the process. They were extremely helpful through the offer and inspection phase of the sale. Their knowledge of the Tampa and new Tampa is excellent. I would not hesitate to call them for my next purchase or sale.

Maria personally came out to our house to do a walk through and give us a basic idea of what to put it on the market for. We followed her advice, place our home on the market for the price she thought was correct and within 11 days it was already under contract. This entire journey from putting the house on the market was virtually effortless.
