Tania represented us incredibly well. She has a tremendous level of knowledge about the Tampa Bay Area. I don't think you could find another realtor with as much experience in the community. With every house, we looked at it was obvious that she had done the right research to present the important facts and was able to answer all of our questions.

John and Maria recently worked with us to sell our home in Tampa. John was super knowledgeable and rational about the local market. This enabled us to set a good price for our home, which allowed it to sell quickly! John was also very hands on and super responsive. Tania is amazing! She helped us get into our home and even when we switched houses (after making an earnest deposit), she was so obliging and helpful. Tania helped to negotiate the deal we wanted and needed and she even did a video walkthrough for us while we were out of town. Tania knows the New Tampa area extremely well, she knows many of the realtors in the area, and she knows the BEST lending folks you could ever ask for.

My experience with the Tampa Home Group was awesome. My husband and I are a military family and we were looking to buy prior to his retirement. We had the opportunity of meeting Tania Borelli whom was our agent/realtor. She was great throughout the whole process from finding the perfect home to accommodate our family of five to negotiations and finalized settlements. We were impressed at the onset! Most people know that the home buying process can be stressful and doesn't happen overnight. It was most important to us, to feel that our real estate agent was genuine in understanding our needs. Once we started the process, our agent helped alleviate the stress and continued to go above and beyond while maintaining such a polite & professional demeanor. We closed and yes, we are still in contact with our agent who continues to pass on her local knowledge.
