I had a unique situation where my husband and I were moving to Tampa from out of state and never had an opportunity to see any of the homes that interested us in person. Very Helpful and informative in her field. Apathetic. Easy to communicate with and will guide you through the home buying process. My fiancé and I jumped in when we purchased our first home and had very little knowledge of what we were getting into. Felt overwhelming, but Debbie was calm and patient throughout the whole process of our first Home purchase. Yay!
