Loved working with Tania Borelli, she knew the New Tampa market extremely well and made our search for a new home extremely easy. We were able to locate and purchase a home with a month of looking and got it at a great price. We had listed our home with another Realtor for 4-weeks without a successful sell. I highly recommend this group, professional, always kept in touch, sold my home in 6 days, made closing simple, cannot say enough good things. The only thing I suggest is when the person removes the for sale sign they knock on your door, because left 2-3 foot hole and someone could have stepped in it and gotten hurt and sue me.
