The Hoffman's are a great team to work with. They took care of everything. Setting the price with a good research of compatibles in the area, created the listing and the marketing. Also coordinated the open house, showings, offers, counter, closing, etc. Their team was always ready to tackle any issue that came across, which were not many. Also with them you get an entire team of dedicated professionals which made our home selling experience less stressful. Tania Borelli was fabulous during the entire process. I would highly recommend her! She helped us find the perfect house and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend John & Maria. They made several suggestions on how to improve the property prior to sale and communicated with us through out the process. They were extremely helpful through the offer and inspection phase of the sale. Their knowledge of the Tampa and new Tampa is excellent. I would not hesitate to call them for my next purchase or sale.
