John, Maria and Tania are true pros and they guided us through a fairly complex process of buying and selling our house. John is an excellent negotiator and was just my style. Maria is excellent with the complex process of closing deals and Tania is a wonderful agent always willing to show homes and answer our questions. Thank-you for everything!

It went so quickly I could not believe it was actually happening. They were always available and answered my questions. They were there for me to get through the tough spots also. John and Maria were instrumental in making my purchase smooth and easy even tho I was in Santa Fe, NM. Maria treated me like I was her own "mother". Maria is extremely knowledgeable and motivated when it came time to help us find a house to buy. I would highly recommend this company. She kept us well informed of new listings in our area. She knew what we wanted in a home which saved a lot of time because we didn't have to look at houses that didn't meet our criteria. It was a real time saver.

My experience with Maria and Tania could was just awesome. They were always just a phone call away to answers questions and give help in any way they could. I can be very needy at times and expect answers quickly. They never let me down. Top notch professional team That I will refer to anyone without the slightest hesitation. We had been looking for a home for almost a year and a half and had been through several agents before we contacted Maria. We found the house we wanted in 2 weeks and closed in less than a month.
