I would highly recommend John & Maria. They made several suggestions on how to improve the property prior to sale and communicated with us through out the process. They were extremely helpful through the offer and inspection phase of the sale. Their knowledge of the Tampa and new Tampa is excellent. I would not hesitate to call them for my next purchase or sale.
Maria personally came out to our house to do a walk through and give us a basic idea of what to put it on the market for. We followed her advice, place our home on the market for the price she thought was correct and within 11 days it was already under contract. This entire journey from putting the house on the market was virtually effortless.
John and Maria did a great job helping me find and close on my house! They were very patient with me as I was really picky about the house I wanted to buy and how much I wanted to spend. When I found the perfect house, we were able to close in right at 30 days! I could not have asked for a better team.
This is the second time in 14 years that my wife and I have personally enlisted John and Maria Hoffman to assist us with our real estate needs. In addition, we have recommended them several times over the years to friends and neighbors. They are both consummate professionals with the highest degree of local real estate knowledge. They were attentive to our ever need and question, and demonstrated superior business acumen. If you want the best representation for your real estate needs, look no further than John and Maria Hoff... read more
Ms. Borelli is the best! Always available for us to speak to and is knowledgeable and just a great person. I would recommend nobody else. Thank you so much!
John and Maria are among the best realtors we have ever encountered. In our lifetime. My wife and I have purchased 18 different homes over the years, and we have never had the responsiveness and skills in negotiating in selling our home. They and their assistants were there from the beginning to the end and even after the sale. They truly are the best!
Loved working with Tania Borelli, she knew the New Tampa market extremely well and made our search for a new home extremely easy. We were able to locate and purchase a home with a month of looking and got it at a great price. I would highly recommend Tania and the Hoffman group for any home sale or purchase as they provided excellent service from start to finish.
Tania was such a pleasure to work with in our new home search and purchase in the Tampa area! She was professional and knowledgeable! She definitely made the process extremely easy for us! Thank you Tania!
We had listed our home with another Realtor for 4-weeks without a successful sell. I took the home off the market and the next morning I received a call from Maria Hoffman (Tampa Home Group-Keller Williams Realty). and set up an appointment that afternoon. Maria sat down with my wife and I for 2 1/2 hours discussing our home value while comparing our home with other recent home sales in our area. Maria was extremely professional and competent in the Real Estate Market and explained the process in detail with my wife and I. M... read more
