From the initial meeting to the closing, absolutely outstanding. Extremely professional, sensitive to our needs and wants, and respectful of our time. I needed to purchase a home with a short visit. The first visit did not produce a home which suited my needs. My agent from John & Maria's team (Tania B) continued to work with me long distance. On my second trip I found several homes that could have worked for me. They assisted me in presenting a fair offer and I have since closed on my new home. I would definitely use this team again and also highly recommend them.

Maria had me at "hello"...we had just taken our house off the market for the holidays when she called me on my expired listing and convinced me this was the best time to sell. She was right, we had many showings over the holidays and then her team presented us an acceptable contract. Maria, John and the team kept us fully communicated to during the entire process.

John and Maria and their assistants are great. We're moving from the west coast to Tampa and in just one trip they helped us find a home in a gated golf community and we've already closed. They are total professionals and I was especially impressed with how they gave honest pros and cons about each house we looked at in all aspects including value and then handled the negotiation process really well and then they and their team made the closing really quick, smooth and painless. We were referred to John and Maria after our realtor in a different market looked up their sales record and conversion statistics. Then we met with John in our 5 year old home we were listing, to get a feel for process, ask questions etc. Our home shows like a model and he said so.
