Our house had been for sale for over 5 months and it seemed like nothing was going to happen. My son talked my wife and I into signing with John and Maria Hoffman. To our surprise our house sold within a week after signing. I believe their professionalism and knowledge of the real estate business was a big asset in us getting a sale so quick.

Maria and John and their staff was wonderful.. They sold our home in a day in half....I give them a 10 plus for serives. If u are looking to sell they get it gone for you and are very knowledgable about what the prices are going for in your area also...

John and Maria at Tampa Home Group helped us sell a home and purchase a new one. We hired John & Maria after working with a pervious realtor who was unable to sell our house. We continued to work with THG for the search of a new home. We worked with Tania primarily on the buying end and cannot say enough good things about her. John and Maria are the best Real Estate professionals that I have ever dealt with. Been out of state, had our house on the market for 6 month not moving was very stressful. Maria was the first realtor that called us at 8AM the day after the previous listing expired.
