I had the privilege of working with Tania Borelli. I used to be a realtor in Ohio, so I've met every type of realtor; Tania is the best of the best. I even changed her name to my fairy tale godmother. She makes magic happen and she makes sure her clients are taken care of. Her expertise is bar none, she's accomadating, she's simpler the best. If your moving to Tampa, call Tania!!!! You will not regret it!

Prior to hiring John and Maria, I had a highly negative experience with another agent. When my contract terminated with the other agent, I must have been contacted by no less than 30 realest are agents. Out of those 30 I narrow ed it down to three I would interview. After 2 realtors & no luck selling our home we were contacted via phone by Maria Hoffman who politely informed us that our current listing had expired. Our house had been for sale for over 5 months and it seemed like nothing was going to happen. My son talked my wife and I into signing with John and Maria Hoffman. To our surprise our house sold within a week after signing. I believe their professionalism and knowledge of the real estate business was a big asset in us getting a sale so quick.
