Maria had me at "hello"...we had just taken our house off the market for the holidays when she called me on my expired listing and convinced me this was the best time to sell. She was right, we had many showings over the holidays and then her team presented us an acceptable contract. Maria, John and the team kept us fully communicated to during the entire process.

John and Maria and their assistants are great. We're moving from the west coast to Tampa and in just one trip they helped us find a home in a gated golf community and we've already closed. They are total professionals and I was especially impressed with how they gave honest pros and cons about each house we looked at in all aspects including value and then handled the negotiation process really well and then they and their team made the closing really quick, smooth and painless. We were referred to John and Maria after our realtor in a different market looked up their sales record and conversion statistics. Then we met with John in our 5 year old home we were listing, to get a feel for process, ask questions etc. Our home shows like a model and he said so. The toughest challenge was, we had really over improved the home and while we knew we wouldn't get all of our dollars for improvements out, our goal was that of any seller, get the most we could. John, Maria and Tania are true pros and they guided us through a fairly complex process of buying and selling our house. John is an excellent negotiator and was just my style. Maria is excellent with the complex process of closing deals and Tania is a wonderful agent always willing to show homes and answer our questions. Thank-you for everything!

John and Maria along with their staff were absolutely amazing. They helped me through the process of not only selling a house but buying a new home. It went so quickly I could not believe it was actually happening. They were always available and answered my questions. They were there for me to get through the tough spots also.
