The experience we had with John & Maria Hoffman and associated Tampa Home Group was OUTSTANDING! They went way above expectations with the sale. We lived out of state and the home was vacant for a brief period of time. This made property upkeep and preparation very challenging. The team not only helped us sell the home, they also checked on the property, helped us schedule maintnence items, and treated us like family. The entire team was very punctual and always professional. Great Job Tampa Home Group!

Their office is located in the heart of the New Tampa area, with great local knowledge and all the surrounding areas. As newcomers to Florida, they supplied us with a good checklist for buyers, including lists for support organizations and businesses. Once we selected a house to purchase, the process was very easy and efficient, and closing was a breeze.

There are not enough words that can express our gratitude to Maria and John. We used the Tampa Home Group for both the sale of our old home and the purchase of a new one. We had a contract for the sale in one week, largely due to the excellent marketing by the team and the photo package online. The new home purchase also went smoothly and any issues were promptly resolved. They were easy to contact and always responsive. I will definitely recommend them to friend and family.

We had a great experience. My wife and I were expecting our second child and John & Maria did everything they could to accommodate our tight timeline. We were lucky to close 1 day before our son was born and everything worked out great.

Maria and John were professional, hard-working, and made it a priority to get my house sold. My only regret was that I didn't find them much earlier in the process. After three months of trying to sell my house by owner, and then another seven months with another realtor, I was discouraged. Maria and John sold my house in two months! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a results-oriented realtor.
