Dealing with John and Maria and their entire team has been the best experience I have ever had buying or selling a home. Every member of this team made me feel like I was their most important client. You won't find a better real estate team. My home sold very quickly and above asking price! Highly recommend this team. They are a class act and You will not be disappointed!

They advised us every step of the way from making minor improvements to increase "curb appeal" and providing recommendations for contractors to expertly managing the listing/selling strategy and negotiation. After listing first with another realtor with no success, I was contacted by the Hoffman Group. From the moment they arrived in my home to discuss the sale I was very impressed with the professional manner they conducted themselves. What are the most important attributes in a Realtor? Analytical rigor, common sense, the human touch and an ability to execute. John and Maria Hoffman have all of these. From the very first conversation I knew that Maria would get the job done. Her knowledge and tenaciousness was second to none. She not only sold our home in four days but helped us find our dream home that was not even on the market. Johns negotiating skills helped to closed both deals. Look no further because they are the best in town! If you need more reassureance, read my experience below. It was on 1/1/15, new years day, at 8 am that Maria first contacted me regarding my unsold house that I had taken down from the listing. She was the only agent called me 1/1/15. On 1/2/15, I received thousands of calls from other agents. She beats any competition, even on cold calls!.
