We used the Tampa Home Group for both the sale of our old home and the purchase of a new one. We had a contract for the sale in one week, largely due to the excellent marketing by the team and the photo package online. The new home purchase also went smoothly and any issues were promptly resolved. They were easy to contact and always responsive. I will definitely recommend them to friend and family.

Very good and professional and knowledgeable realtors, especially Tanya, who works in there office, im now a life a long customer. Im a very picky person and they where patient and helped me find my home.

We had a great experience. My wife and I were expecting our second child and John & Maria did everything they could to accommodate our tight timeline. We were lucky to close 1 day before our son was born and everything worked out great.

Maria and John were professional, hard-working, and made it a priority to get my house sold. My only regret was that I didn't find them much earlier in the process. After three months of trying to sell my house by owner, and then another seven months with another realtor, I was discouraged. Maria and John sold my house in two months! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a results-oriented realtor.

From the initial meeting to the closing, absolutely outstanding. Extremely professional, sensitive to our needs and wants, and respectful of our time. We had our home listed with another agent first for 6 months and had only 3-4 visits and no offers. I needed to purchase a home with a short visit. The first visit did not produce a home which suited my needs. My agent from John & Maria's team (Tania B) continued to work with me long distance. On my second trip I found several homes that could have worked for me. They assisted me in presenting a fair offer and I have since closed on my new home. I would definitely use this team again and also highly recommend them.
