Hal and his team priced, staged and sold my home in less than 45 days. Great customer service, the price was above my expectation and his local knowledge of area and the other service providers made my move-out and sale process a breeze. If you want the best, then go with Hal and his team. This review is long overdue as Team Sweasey sold my home in Avila Beach (San Luis Bay Estates/Pelican Point) over a year ago - and got a full price, all cash offer. Hal knows the business, is extremely available and responsive through the process and has a great team to support his efforts. The wrong real estate agent can cost you a lot of money (and frustration). I would absolutely hire Hal again and recommend him highly.
