This team was on it during the “ mad housing scramble” of these last months of 2021! We needed to find our investment property in the time limits if a 1031…not an easy search with prices rising well above asking. Graeme Baldwin joined us every step of the way..giving up is not in his vocabulary! He always returned our calls and texts and together we found our investment bungalow.
The Sweasey team was on it. They assisted us through the entire process, especially since we had not bought a home in a long time. They were completely transparent on our expectations. They negotiated with the selling agent in a timely manner and were able to get us everything we needed.

We sold our investment property (which we purchased 21 years ago using Hal) and received multiple offers from highly qualified buyers.
