I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have been successful in buying my house were it not for Hal's team member, Graeme, who made a number of recommendations designed to improve the attractiveness of my offer. Additionally, the mortgage broker recommended by Hal was able to get the mortgage funded in 21 days which I believe to be unusually fast.
Hal and his team were above and beyond professional and heavily recommended them to anybody. They always answered when calling and responding to email and text within minutes.
