If you want the best, then go with Hal and his team. This review is long overdue as Team Sweasey sold my home in Avila Beach (San Luis Bay Estates/Pelican Point) over a year ago - and got a full price, all cash offer. Hal knows the business, is extremely available and responsive through the process and has a great team to support his efforts. The wrong real estate agent can cost you a lot of money (and frustration). I would absolutely hire Hal again and recommend him highly.
Our experience with Hal and his team was phenomenal. TeamSweasey earned our highest recommendation. Within a week after meeting with Hal, we had several offers over our asking price.
