There's no one better than Hal. Selling our home was not a simple sale, and Hal handled every piece of it with skill. He was thorough from day one. He anticipated issues before they came up, explained every option clearly, and never let a detail slip. What set him apart most was his honesty. Hal has successful assisted me with assisted me with a home purchase and sale on the Central Coast. He and his team are extremely knowledgeable on the local market, experienced negotiators, and communicative throughout the escrow process. They are honest and, in my perspective, what a real estate professional should be when representing their clients.
Hal and his team were outstanding and helped every step of the way. Hal and Dakota keep us informed of the process all along to the final closing. There experience help us study the current market and determine the right price to sell. We will use them in the future.

Hal Sweasey and his team helped us buy our home and then, when we needed to sell it, they helped us sell it. Professional, knowledgeable, personable and responsive with great advice on offers and counter offers - this team is the best!
We worked with Hal's colleague, Jeff, who was utterly amazing. So knowledgeable and the kindest man around. He worked so hard to help us get into a home that worked for us, and was so diligent in the process. Cannot recommend Jeff and the Sweasey team enough!
