Team Sweasey was efficient, on top of it, and great in the communication department while selling our home recently. They had to deal with bad weather, tenants who were not swift at returning calls, and other challenges. They dealt with all bumps in the road with a smile. Their competence shone through.

Hal and his whole team did a great job selling our San Luis Obispo property. We were out of town owners of an older (1880s) property that was at best challenging to market. From the listing, staging, multiple offers and the final close of escrow, all went smoothly. Plenty of communication. Given the nature of the property, there were some snags. But Hal maneuvered through them most likely due to his length of time in the business and his knowledge of the area. We have used him before and would use his team again.

We can't say enough about Hal and his awesome team! Our house was listed and sold in 6 days! Team Sweasey got a house cleaner and landscape crew scheduled for us, orchestrated the marketing of our home and helped us through every step of the process of reviewing offers.
