We had a fabulous time at Ted's. It felt like we were in the heart of the political scene. The staff were great with our tween/teen children also. And definitely order the homemade pop tarts!

The food was outstanding - really enjoyed the Rueben!! My friend has a banana milkshake that was out of this world. Our server was incredibly slow - a one hour lunch turned into 1.5 hours....my only complaint was on the speed of the service. Overall I was happy with the quality of the food and the service. I had the sausage gravy and biscuits which I found to be a bit dense, but the flavored were great. I was thoroughly impressed by the homemade pop tarts. I tried the strawberry and would highly recommend trying these.

The homemade poptarts were to die for! And scrambled egg whites are phenomenal.

Loved the 1920s-30s atmosphere and the cocktails were top-notch, but were expensive. The steak was very good, but the pop-tarts were terrible!
