Third time I've been and have always had a great time. Will definitely go again.
We had a great evening at Thai Square, celebrating two daughters' birthdays. It was absolutely perfect. The food was excellent, the staff helpful but unobtrusive and we got to take away the food we couldn't finish because there was so much of it! The decor is beautiful and enhanced the atmosphere.
Could not fault the restaurant and good food. However, they had no knowledge of our booking through top table. Would have been awkward if a table could not have been found for myself and guests. In future will book direct with restaurant.
Great food but quite expensive.
Thai Square is in a pretty 15th century pub so is very spacious. The food is decent even if not terribly exciting - makes a welcome change to the plethora of Indian and Italian restaurants in St Albans. The service is polite and attentive and it's pretty good value for money.
Good food as usual, was a little quiet sat upstairs initially although the atmosphere picked up as more people were seated, plenty of menu choices and not just your usual suspects. Would recommend the sea bass and the duck
Lovely food as always. The manager was very accommodating in relocating our table due to the needs of one of our party. It was a very busy evening and we were late so it was especially appreciated.
Good food as usual, attentive service without being intrusive. Would definitely recommend and will be going back.
Lovely food. Attentive staff. Good value. Only problem we had was trying to find somewhere to park!
