Absolutely terrible. This apartment complex is absolutely terrible due to the fact that they keep moving people into my building that are noisy and inconsiderate to others. Not to mention the growing drug problems. The past few apartments to be filled in my building are being occupied by drug dealers. In the past two week there has been a break-in and attempted vehicular assault because of one of these groups.
Nice but not so nice! So many concerns about the outside looking good that they forgot about the people including me that have lived here for years. I have lived here for eight years and in this time they have made many changes. The option for signing a two year lease has stopped. The rent goes up every year. There has been a lot of landscaping done and the outside of the apartments are being sided. The place is looking nice. But... that's right, there is always a but! So here it is. Just isn't the same place it was years ago When I first moved over here to KGL there was a better effort to mantain the property. There has been several staff changes, which could account for much of the decline. There is also a disregard by many of the pet owners; often times they fail to clean up behind thier pets or control unruly behavior. The walls/ floors are super thin, making it impossible not to hear what is going on in the apartment below-beside or above you. We had some vandals break into our cars and deface some ... read more
