Awful Honestly living in a college dorm is better than this place. If you do decide to rent here make sure it’s on the 3rd floor or else your life will be miserable. I’m on the second and you can hear EVERYTHING that your neighbors are doing above and below you (you think I’m kidding) .The walls are super paper thin!! I get that it’s “apartment living” and you will hear people, but not to the extent of hearing people’s phone calls and what tv show they are watching(I know it’s creepy but it’s true). Bad experience Everything about this apartment has been wonderful except for the incredibly thin walls and the creaky floors. My husband and I signed a lease here back in September and we have been MISERABLE ever since. We listen to our neighbors television ALL day long and every time they walk, it sounds like they are going to come through our ceiling. Worst place! This place is awful! They have roaches and they have no consideration for their tenants! I told them about the roaches and they tried to make it seem like it was my fault.

Excessive fees and careless management BEWARE!!! The rent goes up EACH YEAR & the new always cycling management, are unprofessional. My husband and I lived at Stony Point for 4 years. We never had an issue with the management when we moved in, in 2016. Immediately after we moved in we noticed the frequent changes in office management. Rent here if you like to be neglected Lived at this complex for 3 years. And this last year was the absolute worst. Im assuming property management was changed within the year. Maintenance requests take weeks to be resolved if ever. Cant tell you how many times I would check the portal to see my request closed out without anything being done. Take your money elsewhere I lived here for more than 3 years. It's much too expensive for the value of what you get in regard to space and amenities. When I first signed my agreement, i was shown a floorplan with a full balcony and an outdoor storage closet, but my apartment had neither, and no negotiation was made to correct this. SOO Many Hidden Fees and Rules First, do not believe the pictures they share. That is not how the rooms actually look. Before you even get to see the lease, there’s non refundable application fees for each person over 18. Then another over $100 in administrative fees just for looking at your applications. They also give you like 2 days to get each step in the leasing process done. Probably to make you miss things they hide in the agreements. Don't dream of getting your deposit back. So we moved out and made sure the place was spotless because we wanted our $760 deposit back. They decided to give us $22 back instead because they had to do a "full apartment carpet replacement." Totally wrong. There was no way they had to replace the entire carpet and it conveniently cost most of our deposit to fix. We're not even the only ones this happened to!
