unprofessional poor customer service . I visit the leasing office for information about leasing and the lady at the office it was unprofessional rude and not helpful and a big attitude. I will never come here to do my business especially to deal with a person like that. it's not worth my time if I show the other reviews how bad are those apartments and with the stuff as bad I'll recommend to nobody comes here.

No accountability Have lived here for 6 years. Management used to be very helpful and friendly. Now, they take no responsibility for anything. They just contracted out the laundry. Price went up and the dryer in our building doesn't work. Told me to complain to the contracted company. Water issues? Contact the water company. They've ended up downgrading the apartment from what I first had when I moved in, but rent keeps going up. Moving out in December at the end of the lease.
Not worth the price Low quality laundry room, dirty staircases and hallways that are never cleaned, and you can hear EVERYTHING! The only upside is that there’s decent space. They also jack up your rent the second your lease is renewed. Not worth it in my opinion. No way to treat your loyal tenants.
Rent increases, nothing upgraded The rent increases regularly however there are no upgrades, nothing new offered. The gym equipment is always broken, and the trash bins outside building overflow constantly. No one seems to know what is going on at office, you call and get the run around because no one has authority to make a decision, and gives run around, or "I'm not sure". Don’t waste your time! I’am currently a resident, and moving very soon. I have lived in many apartments in the area. By far this is the worst apartment complex I have lived in. The walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbor peeing in the bathroom and people have sex! Parking is horrible! I haven’t seen the tow truck back here towing cars that are in resident parking in ages! Stay Away! If I could give this place a 0 Star review, I would. Complete disrespect to their residents, and former residents. I should've read the reviews prior to moving in, but giving the benefit of the doubt, I've lost my security deposit of $900 and and over $1000 in collections without even a notice or an explanation. They will not speak with me when I call. Very overpriced apartments and not worth the hassle you'll receive. STAY AWAY
Bad place to live I lived in Westgate for over a year. For the move out, they charge you for everything. I’ve cleaned everything but didn’t get my full security deposit. Very horrible management. Move in to Westgate Terrace if you want to loose your security deposit for silly reason!
Management is Awful!! I lived at Westgate for a year last year. The management is awful. All over the property there are signs threatening you with fines. If you try to get out of your lease and find a replacement to take over your lease they will charge you $600 and keep your deposit just because they can. Run as fast as you can !!! The management is awful. All over the property there are signs threatening you with fines. There is a huge red sign threatening a $500 fine for dumping, a sign threatening to tow your car if you park in a certain spot. Also, if your dog goes to the bathroom in the wrong spot they will fine you $100.
