IF 0 WAS A RATE THAT WOULD BE IT They just want your $500 deposit! They will give you an approval then once you submit the $500 then they will tell you that you aren’t approved! The manager sent my money to the wrong place then told me to shut up and give her a new address LOL!!! That’s so unprofessional and I am on my way there now. THEY ARE INFESTED WITH ROACHES OBVIOUSLY THE REVIEWS SAYS IT ALL! If a manager can tell me to shut up and then hide afterwards I wouldn’t want to move somewhere like that

Projects of Colonial Park Lazy Maintenance, Terrible office personnel, The grounds and common areas are disgusting. Always infected with roaches, mice ants Etc. Save yourself some money and move to the projects, Literally 1 in the same.

It’s OK!!! A lot of complaints from neighbors because they heard my children playing in their own home, or they heard us walking… had visitors over who smoked and I guess didn’t dispose the cigarettes right and next day we got asked to leave and not to renew the lease!

Mold, bugs, poor matinence I would not recommend renting anything from this property. They were super helpful and friendly up front. Then in my first two weeks of owning the place my apartment flooded and matinence neglected to correct or mediate the issues. Now everything I own has been covered in a layer of every kind of mold imaginable. I have talked with the neighbors about this and they have all said they experienced a similar chronic mold issue reguardless of flooding. Overpriced and misrepresented Bare basic construction, you can hear your neighbors breathing. Overpriced for what they offer as amenities (they are a joke) or services. Agent misrepresented information about satellite tv, and I only have been here for 2 weeks. Can’t wait to move elsewhere!! Stay away, I’m sure you can do better for less

Maintenance issues and fire risks Maintenance doesn’t fix the issues and management hasn’t taken any action to try and safe guard the community from fire as they’ve lost two buildings in 5years to fires.

Do NOT make this place your choice When you have maintenance problems, they take about a week just to return your email or phone calls. Ridiculous. Parking is also an issue, no where near enough parking that you have to park across the entire complex half the time. They don’t check to make sure people have the parking pass on the vehicle. They are in a desperate need of a remodel. Over priced for what you are getting (small, old style rooms). Just do not live here.

find something better Maintenance only puts a bandaid on problems. Doesn't fix them. Told issues are design flaws and nothing to be done. Laundry room requires app (despite claims it will take a credit card) and app requires location and access to photos, notes & data or will not work. Literally junk cars in the parking lot. Trash & litter on the ground for weeks. Closed the pool years ago but rent keeps going up. Can't wait for my lease to expire. Only stayed this year bc covid.

The worst I’ve had so many maintenance issues in my apartment since day 1 and it takes months to fix something correctly. Most of the time they just put band-aids on it just so they can hurry up and leave. Every time I turn around, I’m always having a maintenance issue such as non working water, AC constantly going out, bathroom flooded etc. the office staff are rude and never want to work with you to resolve any issues they just talk down to you.
