Carpet Cannot understand why I am being charged to replace all carpets after lease ending and moving. Noisy with dogs barking, and trash overrunning from dumpster weekly. Service calls answered fairly quickly. No pool here yet it is advertised.
Too highly priced for what you get. Management has changed 3 times in 3 years. Frequent turn over of other staff. It seems water/rain leaks are common among these apartments, just read other reviews. We had 2 water leaks in 10 days and management wanted to carpet clean rather than replace carpet altogether, just in living room despite strong mildew smell. MICE INFESTATION This place is infested with MICE. I live on the 3rd floor. I have had issues with ROACHES which they never really did anything about. I had to treat it myself. Then I started seeing mice in my appt. My daughter was frightened, couldn't sleep in her room. I called the office and I was told to get mice traps myself. In about a week I had caught 13 mice. I reported to the office again and the lady in the office had a maintenance guy come into my apt with 2 traps. That was a joke. No one even followed up to see ... read more
Save Yourself! Trust me, I thought the bad reviews on this place were fake at the beginning, but after a year here this has been a nightmare. Management squeezes every cent out of tennants, and don’t even think your going to get your deposit back, I haven’t heard anyone that has moved out say the got it, they make up fake charges. They WILL blame you for anything and everything. Listen to me when I tell you, stay away from this place.
I can hear everything This community is deceiving. From the outside looking in everything seems nice. Don't be fooled because the walls are thin, the front window doesn't open and it's a patch job of an apartment. Upside, the rooms are a nice side.
Stay away!!!!This place doesn't care about you you're just a number Stayed here for 2.5 years of nothing but constant rent dates changed getting hit with fees. The last few months of staying there our gas oven stove would leak and we mentioned it and they didnt do anything about they "checked" it out and everything was "fine". Charges ridiculous when moving out! So I paid a security deposit of $400. Therefore I expect the security back. But they over charge changing th carpet which wasn’t bad at all. They should do there best to minimize expense but just because of to their benefit they decided to change the whole carpet. Keep in mind when I rented the apartment those carpets were not brand new!!!!! About to call the leasing office to dispute these charges.
EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL BE CAREFUL. After filling out what kind of dog I have 4 times in the process of paperwork to move in, when it came time to move in they told me to bring a picture of my dog. When I brought it in they said she was a pitbull mix and was a restricted breed. I told them that no, she was not a pit mix, and gave them records from 4 different vets that all had her down as a lab/ terrier mix, which I had stated to them in the 4 times before when I was filling out information. Avoid these apartments We started off having a positive experience in this apartment complex. The staff was nice and helpful. We had nice neighbors. Truly, no major issues. As time went by the complex hired new staff who seemed nice. It became clear after four different issues with plumbing that they didn't properly fix anything, and on top of that were rude to me and my husband about being a pain and being overly concerned.
