Just moved out for problems and taking our deposit without reasons There are plenty of problems, yet the company does confess: the water is with lots of healthy problems based on the sequences of using it from suffering from the kidney troubles and the troubles with the blood component. office personel Teresa in the office is unprofessional. Over the phone she told me they only do applications on line, i was not aloud to come to the office and apply with my deposit. The following day she informed me that she gave the apartment to somebody that walked in the offfice and applied. Also, she was rude and disrespectful over the phone as if i was bothering her by my questions of inquiries of the facility. If thats how they run the place i'd like to thank her for deterring me from renting there.

Horrible Office people The Staff of the Va Beach location Of the Apartment Gallery are absolutely impossible.... They scheduled my lease termination on Sunday Nov 27th. I called on the 25th to schedule a walk through and finalize. They were on vacation for the holiday.... I'm pleased they were allowed the time off, but now they want to charge me $40 for the extra day..... This is how you can expect to be treated by these people.

2nd Floor neighbors DUMP their cigarette ashes all over furniture & porch & Kings Grant Landing does nothing about it!! My fiancé and I are current residents at Kings Grant Landing Apartments. We have lived here for the past 2 years and never really had any issues, until we moved into our current apartment. We lived in a 1 bedroom in Kings Grant and upgraded to a 2 bedroom. Going downhill Things had rapidly declined over 3 years of renting. Multiple amenities and highlights of the property were taken away, however rent continued to increase. Friendly staff who were with them when we started left and the staff that remained seemed less than concerned most times with issues that arose.

Don't move here There's bugs, the water doesn't stay hot for more than 2 minutes, cheap paint, noisy, and the staff is rude.

This is false advertisement. I took a 40min. ride over to this property to find that the information posted was incorrect. Asked if they would honor the post under Apartments.com and the question was ignored, stating that the prices listed were old and that their starting price range is in the 900's.

Moldy Mess Dovertowne Appts. claim to be pet friendly but they fine you if your dog even barks. I think in the not even a year we lived here we had to pay about $500 in fines alone for our dog barking and for pet waste that was not ours being that we were not here when our unfriendly neighbor reported us for not cleaning up our waste. They fine people based on one persons word and no proof.
