Vanessa is great. She’s selling me a home in vista and she absolutely hit it out of the park with her knowledge and expertise plus she got me a fantastic price on the home.
I was house hunting from a distance. I was not always able to drive the 70-miles to look at places, drive neighborhoods, etc. Additionally, in this market where properties were selling in 1-2 days, it was important to jump on properties immediately. Tom is the best Realtor that I have dealt with in Temecula. I had 4 separate escrows at the same time and Tom handle his escrow for one of my properties without a problem or delay. Full price sale on the first day!!! Outstanding!!!

Tom made the process of selling so efficient. Not only was his personal attention to all details superb, it was refreshing. This isn’t my first sale, nor my first real estate deal. Tom Bashe did a Fantastic Job from start to finish. Tom called me with any updated info. When I did not understand something Tom took the time to explain what was the next step was going to be. Tom experience in sales help me prep the houses with new paint, make small repairs needed before going on the market.
