The Bath Authority installer, Kenny, exceeded my expectations. I purchased 2 shower replacements, the installation completed week of Dec 19th, not the best timing due to the holiday but Kenny was efficient, professional and neat. We love both our new showers, stylish and easy maintenance.

They did quality work. The guy knew what he was doing. I don't have one complaint about it so far.
