Was concerned about some of the reviews and when asked Wendy addressed each one to satisfaction. The Boulevard is centrally located for access to many businesses.

Overall, I would... (Verified Renter) Overall, I would recommend this apartment community. I do think that there are some aspects that can be improved. The security of the overall community is totally in question. Some areas need a fob, others don't. I was also told in November that in the beginning of the year cameras would be installed on every level of the parking garage and they haven't. Whenever I've had maintenance issues, the issue has rarely been resolved and mostly just a bandaid instead of actually resolving.
