They need a different way to host on busy nights. Most cell phone service does not work inside Eldorado Scioto Downs. Get a vibration disk that lights up to let you know your table is ready.
Saturday night we went to dinner there and were told 30-40 minutes max for wait time. Over an hour later a manager comes over and tells us that due to the game there were no wait times, but the ushers kept telling us there was. No one had the same story. Finally an hour and 20 minutes later we were seated. As we are walking back to our table we counted 4 open tables that could have accommodated us. No apologies or anything were made from anyone. Was told wait time was 30-40 minutes. Three conversations and One hour 20 minutes later we were seated. At One point the manager actually told us that with the games that they were showing he couldn't even guarantee us A table. WTH ? When we were seated after our wait we counted four other open table. Another 45 minutes until our food was served. So we spent over two half hours of our night out screwing around with bad dinner service and mediocre food at best. The food was great that we received. But when we were sitting there , we could see the pizza area and the person that was doing the pizza . Had taken out a pizza from the oven and put it on the counter. Which hit their water bottle that fell onto the pizza that they just pulled out from the oven . Then proceeded to wipe off there water bottle then start picking stuff up the pizza and throwing it away, without cleaning their hands , also the employee was not wearing gloves. food ok big portions food was slow coming out... didnt care for the trash being rolled by us while eating

Stood 15 min waiting on service. I finally left since i couldnt get waited on....

Was 6 of us in our party, a long wait to get seated. Young man who waited on us was attentive, friendly. It took a long time to get our food once the order was put in. Food was good! Wait would probably be shorter if not so many in the party.

We wanted to sit in the high top area this afternoon to eat but was flatly DENIED and not treated well at all by the rude, young hostess. She could of cared less. She reported that she just sat a big party. My thoughts are this...why advertise something that you obviously don't have the staff or customer service to facilitate. We are good customers but frankly I will not return because of how we were quickly dismissed so we left.

Hostess had an attitude from the get go, we were told do not take reservations 14 of us, and could not give a time frame. There were at least 10 -15 Tables open and ready, then we were told they were understaffed. Waited about 45 minutes,while other groups of 2 & 4 went in front of us. Then my wife got a manager to find out what was going on. After about another 20 minutes we were finally seated.ordered our Server was awesome, but food was not what was ordered.
