Their customer service really is bad here hope you have a lot of time but if you are a local they will take care right away

Absolutely LOVED the food and atmosphere! Except for a VERY rude hostess at our arrival! :(. Glad she didn't ruin our entire evening though!

Horrible service. We waited almost an hour for food and it wasnt even that crowded. Our waitress made several mistakes. Brought the wrong food and still tried to charge us. Kept change, and left after her shift without bringing it back. Food was very bland, nothing to brag about. And ive had food poisoning ever sicne I got home last night. From bbq pizza and gouda fries. Fancy name and atmosphere doesnt stand justice to the crappy food and service. The karoke part is fun, but over all Restaurant food and service is awful!

First, upon arrival we were told by your hostesses there would be a wait. We did expect that. But what we did not expect was your hostesses to tell us they could not give us a time frame. I have never been to any restaurant where they would not give an estimated time frame. We were also not anticipating an hour wait. Second, was the best part of your restaurant. Very frustrated ...first time there for valentine's asked abt wait couldn't tell us a time. Put our name on list and wasted money at casino for an hour went back to check on wait list hostesses says there is no wait. So your texting app or hostesses suck. So we left and won't be trying.

We didn't actually get to eat in there. We had put our name in for a reservation at 2:30 pm. When the party got there we waited over an hour and still never got seated. There were several empty tables and they seated people who came in after our party. Poor customer service and all the manager could say was sorry. Very disappointed when I was really looking forward to eating there. We ended up going to the buffet.

Lunch about 2:30. Not busy at all. Seated in an area with 1 other couple. I dined alone which must be why my server spent most of his time chatting with the couple and tending to their needs. When he finally came to my table to ask what I wanted to drink, I ordered my food and drink. He brought them out and never visited my table again until I was done eating and asked for my check. He never asked if my food was good, and never offered me a drink refill. I was very close to walking out...right past him at the couple's table ... read more

This past Friday was our 1st time there. I expected a wait, when I asked how long the wait would be. I was told we don't give wait times. Ok, I get it, you want them to spend $ in the casino while waiting. Well, since we had our 15 year old with us, we weren't gambling that night. We stood next to the bar area with both my husband and I standing on either side of our daughter. All the while security was watching us to make sure she didn't go out on the casino floor. We went based on a recommendation from a friend last night, since we usually visit the casino several times a month. We had to wait for a seat, then when seated noticed many tables available. Our main problem was that we were seated right by the front entrance with three doors. Many people entering/exiting and it was very distracting. It was very cold too. We said something to the hostess that we did not like our seats. She said she knows and did nothing to offer another option. We stayed for our meal and wished we had not. ... read more
