Extremely slow service. The entire staff has zero sense of urgency. Foods good just takes 30 minutes for them to take your order and another 45 to actually get your food.

I wasn’t a big fan. I had the prime rib dip and a baked potato. Sandwiche was very bland and the potato was not done or warm. A quarter of meal eaten and waiter never asked if it was ok. Waited 90 minutes for table😫
We have been eating here since it first opened, I have to say it has recently taken a nose dive. Your host/ hostess is your customer's first opinion of your restaurant, they should be pleasant and welcoming. We were there last night and felt anything but welcomed. We were told a 30 minute wait, seems to be the favorite number. It took awhile but that was fine, we expected that since the casino was busy. Words escape me at the moment. Only offer potatoes and wont budge on offering a healthier choice for their guest. Managers not willing to work with you. Don’t eat here if you are patrons watching carbs. Not worth the price this bill came to. Won’t be back.
We were told our table would not be ready for 20 to 30 minutes but there was no one else in line and about 8 empty tables, when we were texted to say our table was ready, is was one of the ones that was empty when we first got there. We ordered chicken wings and they were actual wings. They were burnt and BBQ sauce on the side. Would probably not eat there again . The two hostesses were rude. Our waiter was great.
