The service was very poor, my son ordered the challenge burger and they came out after 40 minutes and said they were too busy to make it!!!! It took me 50 minutes to get a buckeye milkshake and it was horrible! I can honestly say I will not recommend it or eat there again.

Saturday night was our second time eating at Brew Brothers. And it was worse than the first. After waiting an hour for our food, my hamburger was served undercooked, my husbands pulled porked was cold. My food was sent back only to make our wait even longer. Manager came to our table offered no apologies, no nothing except a new burger. Our server was terrible. Took forever to even get a refill. You could visually tell that she didn't like her job. I'm giving 3 stars because of the very unorganized, unprofessional, rude hostess Leaha! First time ever visiting Brew Brothers yesterday. Our waitress was terrible, no knowledge of beer, working in a brewery with 0 beer knowledge. Food was average at best. Terrible service. Beer was ok. Just an average experience with terrible service. Probably will never go back. Unless I'm thinking about complaining online to see if management will offer a free meal to attempt to make up for it.

Hostess Leaha was rude and acted like she couldn't care less about taking our reservation. Not the only time, attitude with other hostesses as well on different occasions. Food was okay, not great but not bad. Overall a ho hum experience.
