A two hour wait but 15 empty and set four top tables? Second time that's happened.

Food is REALLY, REALLY good, but the staff is incredibly rude. Hostess said 1 hour wait, but after the hour passed and we asked how long we had we were told another hour...keep in mind we were looking at MULTIPLE empty tables. AMAZING food, really. But the service is so bad I doubt I'll come back.

I was ok with waiting an hour for a table. I get it, a busy Saturday night you expect to wait. After we waiting for over an hour we asked how much longer and we were told 3 more people then you are it. So after waiting 15 to 20 minutes longer we asked again. The hostess with the blond bun and tats all over her arm yelled at us and said "the wait is at least 2 hours and the other girl told you wrong. There are 15 people ahead of you". Needless to say we didn't wait any longer. I'll take my business elsewhere.

My husband and I first visited BB's about a month ago. Everything was phenomenal! Our waitress was outstanding. She recommended the chef's special; pan seared filet with compounded butter and basil pesto potato croquettes. It was the best meal I've ever had. I couldn't wait to tell everyone I knew. Fast forward a week. We visited again and sat at the bar. The bartender didn't know what the check mark meant on the menu. Our appetizer took 40 minutes and was delivered 2 minutes before our dinner. I just really didn't care for this place. It's really nice with a huge dining room but their beer selection isn't great and I honestly didn't care for any of the beer that we tried. Much better breweries in Columbus

After seeing post about the slow service I still wanted to try it. My wife and I arrived and was seated. It took about ten minutes before someone took our drink order. We gave the waiter our apitizer order with our drink order. It took almost 40 mins before we got our food. He came back several times after checking with the kitchen to tell us that it should be out soon. We finally got our apitizer's and had no plates to eat them on. Service was great but was very disappointed. Baked potato was so cold, butter wouldn't even melt on it. Steak was tough. Onion rings were good and our server was very sweet.

I left my fiancé to grab a table outside while I went to the casino to cash out a ticket. When I returned she was really upset. Come to find out, she went to find the outside hostess for a table. When she asked the nearest employee where the hostess was, (Stacy the hostess) bit my fiancées head off. " I'll be right with you! Just wait right there! RIGHT there!". I tried to leave a private message but the site wouldn't let me. I brought my friend down there to celebrate our 60th birthdays. The service was terrible. The waitress never checked on us. We didn't get our silverware till after we got our food. No personality at all. I was expecting so much more than we got. I definitely will not be back.
