We’ve been here many times and have always liked what we had. However, last evening, my veal parmigiana was a disaster. The sauce tasted as though it had been sitting around all day, and the linguini was overcooked. Perhaps they have a new chef. There was a time when I though their tomato sauce was inedible, but being convinced to try again, I found it had changed, and I liked it. Maybe they’ve gone back to an old recipe. We are senior citizens who have been eating at the Chateau since we were in high school. The food and service have always been excellent. We had an outstanding waitress named Karena. I the past we have had very good waitresses and waiters. The only names that are coming to mind right now are Oatsy and Patricia. It would be most unusual to get poor service at the Chateau😀

I had the gluten free pizza and it was good for a gluten free pizza. My husband had the regular pizza and he said it was good. If you are looking for a quiet dinner this is not the place to go.
We went fir the early bird special which is a great value! Our waitress, Katrina, was amazing!
My husband and I chose The Chateau in Waltham because of good food and parking. After our salads and bread, we ate delicious baked stuffed scallops with rice. For dessert, he enjoyed vanilla ice cream with strawberries and whipped cream and a cherry on top while I ate spumoni with claret sauce. Our server was excellent.
