The building is beautiful...an historic gem. Kudos to whomever did the work. The appetizer...deviled eggs, was divine. The pork was too sweet...tasted exactly like my companion's scallops! Waiter was great. Will come back but will be very careful about my dinner choice next time.
Went for special birthday dinner and hostess said happy birthday when we went in and that was it....server didn't acknowledge it nor was he very attentive in general. Nice ambiance and food was good but just disappointed with service overall. Doesn't take much to recognize special event for guests.
We had a great experience there!! The atmosphere, food and staff were all even better then expected. It was great running into Shannon too! We'll be back to see you guys again soon
Great venue! Had several things on the menu...everyone delicious.
Celebrated my daughter's birthday. Lovely experience, courteous staff, very good food. The room was beautiful and we felt like we were on a trip back in time to the 1920's.
We asked for a special table for two special birthdays and were seated in the middle of the room. Nothing special about this. It also was incredibly noisy and hard to talk even at a table for four. Otherwise the ambiance was wonderful and the food was delicious.
Awesome! Will be back soon
The Commodore exceeded expectations. Sat at the bar before dinner and found the bartender extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Interesting cocktail menu. Service was above average and dinner was delicious and reasonably priced, especially considering the quality. The ambiance is delightful as are the many photographs. Will definitely return and recommend.
This is our new favorite restaurant! It was our first opportunity to dine at The Commodore, and we loved it! The elegance of 20s decor, excellent food and service will bring us back many times.
