We were married there in the hotel about 9 years ago and it was fun to see how it looked after some remodeling. A great place for this type of venue. !
Our server's name is David G. I will ask for him next time. We arrived at 4:30 for our 5:00 pm reservation ( June 11th). After dinner we sat in bar area. We did not leave Commodore until 10:30!! We were there six hours!! Had a wonderful time. Will go again. Mary Ann S.
Second time visiting the Commodore but first time having dinner. Creative options like cauliflower and wonderful service. We'll be back
We had such a fantastic time! Great ambiance, great wait staff, wonderful food. Just an all around great dinner experience. We will be back.
The ambiance was great as well as the service. Our table was ready for us at our reservation time. The presentation of the dinners was lovely. However, my food was lukewarm and I did mention it to the waiter but to have it sent back and microwaved was not what I wanted. Plus, three other people are eating their food. Also, a little bread or cracker basket (not alacarte) would've been nice with one's cocktail. I would come back but probably only to the bar and have an appetizer. The bar scene area is great MJ
Oozing with history. The atmosphere was an experience by itself; the decor, history, and ambiance. The wait staff was outstanding! They were friendly, and helpful, demonstrating nice blend of professionalism.
Love the Commodore cocktail with chocolate covered cherry on top - worth the drive in itself! The lobster/deviled eggs app. was super! Sole and Duck were a hit.
The atmosphere was great, elegant and very cozy as you walked into the main ballroom, table were not so close that you were hearing the other groups chatting, overall a delightful experience with a few hitches much like the first time we spent when they opened 7 months back.
You feel like royalty here. A majestic, historic setting with great food and service befitting a queen.
