Ordered a welder that was supposed to arrive yesterday but didn't, was going to harbor freight but since Eastwood said I would have it in 3 days,I remember now why I dont buy from them,

Bought a Eastwood digital tig 200 a couple months ago, issues have been occurring since day one.. first, the hose provided from welder to gauge was incorrectly made, and would not seal at all, had to get a new hose, no big deal. I would think twice before you spend your hard earned money....zero communication...been waiting 2 weeks....runaround....they take your money immediately then hamstring you with when they gonna give it back...I thought this company was the real deal.....never again....very poor customer service....there are other companies out there....explore you options....when I ordered no one said one of the items was out of stock...they charge you and then forget you...

Eastwood tempted me with a $10 off coupon. Ok, I made an order... the shipping cost is quite high, but I paid via PayPal, and entered the Discount Code in the appropriate place on the order. After I entered the order, PayPal sends me an email immediately for the full amount of order and shipping, but NO DISCOUNT. Ordered a product that showed available and would be delivered by 2/6/2023. Never received the e-mail saying the clear coat shipped. Called customer service, they said they were out of stock till April 10th. They took the money out of my account and expected me to wait over 2 months to receive the product.
