Finger Pointing exercise , be careful when ordering items , even when they say and advertised “ in stock”. 👎🏽Made in China products. 6 months and waiting for Products, after paying for ! Buy Made in USA and save yourself the frustrating false advertising.
The customer service is terrible. A lot of false advertising to the point where it seems like a scam. Don't get trapped! Use a credit card or PayPal. I now have to make a PayPal claim to get my money back. I gave them a million chances to make it right.

Took over 500$ off of bank card and everytime call was made to resolve the issue they would pull more money all that was ordered was a fender roller !

I will NEVER do business with these clowns! Placed an order on Friday, money came out of my account immediately..a week later.. nothing..no email. Call…NO COMMUNICATION at all.. I emailed ( don’t do it ) finally I called and went through their “phone jail” when I inquired about my order I was told it was on back order for several weeks..think they should have told me?? Thanks a lot Eastwood for canceling my order without so much as a phone call. Your automated email said it’s for customer security. It’s the same information I used to place my last order so what’s the problem? Now I have an angry customer on my hands. Thanks a lot.

Was ready to make about a $1700 purchase until I talked to their customer service rep who acts like I was the biggest inconvenience she’s ever dealt with. I was literally just asking if there was any additional items I needed to purchase for the product and all she kept saying was “did you check the instructions?” NO!! Months ago I ordered a sheet metal brake and some tongs because I had intended to fabricate patches for the rusted out front fenders of my 2006 F350. Once I received the items, I decided that making the patches was beyond my capabilities. I ordered replacement fenders from another vendor and requested a return authorization from Eastwood, which I received. However after at least 3 inquiries about my refund, I have yet to receive it. I orderd some panel flange pliers a week ago they were supposed to be here on Sunday and it seems that my whole order has just dropped off the face of the Earth haven't been able to track it or find it for that matter for 2 days and it was supposed to be here two days ago I don't think I'll be ordering from Eastwood anymore.

Eastwood is the worst place to buy stuff for a business. They have horrible customer service when trying to open an account for my job. They do not email back and are rude when they finally do. I've been trying to buy 20+ table for over 8 months now. I guess they do not want my business.
